I took a look at your account on my end, and I do see there is still a number of albums and songs added to your collection:

To clarify, are you referring to songs and albums you've downloaded for Offline Mode?

Can you provide me with a screenshot of what you're seeing?

@SRSmith To clarify, were you trying to add an entire album to one of your customized playlists?

If so, what is the name of the album you are trying to add, and what is the name of the playlist you want to add it to?
