A few years back when I started with Pandora I had several Play lists, there was an upgrade with Pandora and I lost all of my playlists. how do I get them back I was told there’s a way.

Sounds like there was an upgrade for Pandora on your particular device.

Could you tell me a bit more about what is happening with your stations?

What is the make and model of your device?
Are you unable to view all of your stations from this particular device? Is this happening on all of your devices?
Are you logged in with your original Pandora account? Or do you think you have an account under a different email address? (Also, no need to share your personal email as I can check in with our User Support team regarding your account from my end).

This same thing happened to me. Twice now. I pay for pandora and don’t want to pay for something that’s regularly going to be reset 😢

To clarify, are some of your stations missing from your collection? If so, what are the names of the stations that are missing?

Also, are you listening to Pandora on a computer or on a device?

If you are on a computer, are you listening from:

A Mac or Windows computer?
Our website, or the desktop app? If you're listening from our website, what browser are you using?

If you are on a device, what is the make and model (and carrier, if applicable)?
Is there an error message? If so, what does it say?
Can you provide me with a screenshot of what you're seeing?
