I’m a monthly plus member and my playlists are gone. I only have stations.

@Hroyse I'm showing your account is currently upgraded to Pandora Plus through Apple.

Playlists are only an option for Pandora Premium users.

If you'd like to regain access to your customized playlists, you will need to resubscribe to Pandora Premium.

Did something change? I was not paying $13 dollars a month before to have my playlist! And why would I have ads on plus. It specifically states no ads for both.

Sorry for any confusion. Looks like your Premium subscription through Apple ($12.99/monthly + tax if applicable) expired on 01/18/2022. On 01/23/2022, you resubscribed through Apple to Pandora Plus ($4.99/monthly + tax if applicable).

When you downgrade from Pandora Premium to Plus or ad-supported Pandora, you will not be able to access your on-demand music collection or custom playlists. However, your collection and playback history will be stored in our servers for when you return to Premium.

Alternatively, you can also unlock complimentary sessions of Premium by searching for a song or album and pressing Play. Then your full collection, including any playlists, will be visible again after watching a short advertisement.

I recently resubscribed to Pandora after a few weeks of being inactive. Now I can't find my playlists. I'm particularly interested in the "Housework" playlist. Can you help me restore it? Please?

It looks like you recently resubscribed to Pandora Plus - not Pandora Premium.

The ability to access your custom playlists is only an option with Pandora Premium.

saved playlists not in My Collection

I have Pandora Plus and haven't listened to my playlists in a few months. I tried to find them today and they are not under My Collection. Where did they go? When I click My Collection there is no tab at all for playlists. I can use the search option to find the one whose name I remember but I don't remember the names of the other ones.

I do see you are currently upgraded to Pandora Plus.

Alternatively, you can also start a free Pandora Premium session by watching an ad in order to access your playlists temporarily.

When you search and select the name of an artist, track, or album, you will be taken to a "backstage page." You can either create a radio station or press play.

Because on-demand listening is only available to Premium users, you will see an ad for Premium or be prompted to view a video ad in order to access Premium features at no cost.
