What does a white check mark inside a blue dot mean when it is next to a tune in a playlist.

@daleslad That means that specific track was also added to your collection.

So if you sort your collection by Songs, that track will also appear there.

Thanks Adam, how long does that check mark stay there. Could that play a role and prevent me from adding duplicate songs to my playlist

@daleslad That will remain there permanently unless you manually go in and uncheck the checkmark next to the song.

Also, if you are listening on a mobile device, there should already be a prompt that appears to prevent you from adding duplicate tracks to a playlist.

However, if you are listening on a computer, that is not currently a feature yet.
