Shouldn’t the “thumbs up/down” always be an option?

Can you tell me more about this? Are you having trouble selecting the thumb up/down option? Are you seeing an error message?

Also, can you tell me about your device? What's the make and model?

Can you please send in a screenshot of what you see?

No need for a screenshot. The option to rate a song isn’t always available
for my playlists or stations.

Can you please send me a screenshot of where the option to provide a thumbs up/down rating is missing when listening to one of your collected stations?

Note the repeat icon and NO THUMBS UP/DOWN icon

@myprofile It looks like you are streaming on demand content.

Thumb ratings are only available when listening to your collected stations.

To access your stations, click on Stations, select one of your stations to play, and the option to provide thumb ratings will appear at the bottom of the screen.
