Account information is correct, but wrong collection

All my account information is correct but all my collection of my music over the past 15 years is not on this account

how can I find or retrieve my music collection and playlists

Hi @1999Gradywhite, welcome to the Pandora Community!

I checked the account linked to your Community Profile and I can see several stations and collected music on that account. It also looks like that account used to have a different email address and on the previous email address there's an empty account.

Could you confirm that's the account you are logged in with the email address linked to your community profile?

You can find the active account by:

Opening the Pandora app and selecting the Profile tab.
Tapping the Settings gear in the upper right corner.
Checking the email address next to the Account field.

If that is not the correct account, scroll down and select Sign Out. Then log back in with the email address linked to your community profile and your Pandora password.

Let me know what you see.

I’m not logging out so all my downloads are deleted so hopefully you can
figure something out on your end but if my music is deleted when I log out

Other than having to redownload all my lost music I’m not having any issues
**ahem** that when you log out it deletes all your saved music for the offline
music
Other than that I’ve enjoyed the platform for years thus far
