post I can't collect music in My Collection

I can't collect music

So I recently got a new phone and for some reason I can't collect any music I had collected on my old phone or listen to/ edit any of the many playlists I had created on that old phone nor are they in my collection, I can't recollect them either. I'm so confused so some help would be nice please.

And this is on the same premium account as my old phone for the record

Oh and mind you this is infact on the same account

To clarify, is your collection currently empty, and nothing is showing there?

Also, what happens when you attempt to add something back to your collection?

Lastly, can you please send me a screenshot of what you're currently seeing?
