Explicit version gets added to Thumbs Up playlist for station

When you thumbs up the clean version of a song on a station it adds the explicit version to the thumbed up playlist.

the name of the clean track you gave a thumbs up to
the name of the station you gave it a thumbs up on
a screenshot of the alternate explicit version that is currently showing in your playlist
