Offline content is device specific, so if you've switched phones, you'll need to download your offline content again on your new phone.

This really **ahem**. Alot of internet service providers are now capping data, and downloading all your music over again is extremely time consuming. You guys should develop a tool to transfer user's content to another device. Just sayin.
