      <title>Collection disappears on son's account</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have a premium family subscription, and my son’s collections randomly disappear. &amp;nbsp;They usually come back after 4-5 days. &amp;nbsp;This is becoming quite aggravating, and we are contemplating deleting because of it. &amp;nbsp;He logs in on an iPhone X (Verizon), has done no upgrades (none due), has uninstalled and reinstalled the app, gets no error messages. &amp;nbsp;This is a last ditch reach out for help before we leave.&lt;/P&gt;
