To clarify, are you also missing some stations on your account? If so, what are the names of those stations?

Did these stations disappear after recently signing into your account on a different device?

Are you listening to Pandora on a computer or on a device?

If you are on a computer, are you listening from:

A Mac or Windows computer?
Our website, or the desktop app? If you're listening from our website, what browser are you using?

If you are on a device, what is the make and model (and carrier, if applicable)?
Is there an error message? If so, what does it say?
Can you provide me with a screenshot of what you're seeing?

All of my music disappeared when you were having a problem with pandora. I had to shut down and redownload the app. I had so many stations that I can't remember them all. Now I'm not able to get any of my music back. Would appreciate it if you could solve this problem.

Stations Missing on Android

Hello,

Today when using the Pandora app on my phone I noticed that all my stations (except Thumbprint) were gone. Oddly all the individual song downloads are still available.

I tried updating the app and restarting my phone but nothing worked. I have a Galaxy S9.

To my relief, the PC Pandora app still shows all my stations.

Any idea what's going on with the phone app?

We did experience an outage on 09/30/2020. It sounds like this may have been around the time where your stations went missing.

Troubleshooting + Device Info:

Would you mind trying out these steps on your Android device?

If you still have trouble after running through those steps:

Could you share a screenshot of what you see on your Android device?
Which version of the Pandora app are you using?
- Go to Profile, then select Settings. Scroll to the bottom of the screen for the version number.
Have any error messages popped up?

Hi Alyssa, I clear the app data and logged back into my account. That appeared to do the trick. Thanks for your help
