Why am I being charged 15% tax

Sales tax in my state and county is only 7% but I’m being charged 15%! If more than state and county taxes are being charged than it needs to be itemized on my receipt. Also, NO where when signing does it state there’s an additional 8% in taxes being charged. I need someone to contact me immediately regarding this before I contact the dept or revenue, an attorney and cancel my subscription. You all are already charging so much just so I can skip the crappy songs you shuffle in. Im about to go back to the radio if I have to be charged an extra 8% in taxes just to skip songs.
