&lt;P&gt;To clarify, are you also paying for a monthly or annual subscription to Pandora Premium?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If so, those payments are likely being made on an account registered under a different email address.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>It sounds like you are correct, Adam. I started a monthly subscription to Premium through my iphone, and even that bumps me out of Artist-Only mode after a few songs.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You are correct, and hopefully you can implement a solution.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I upgraded to Premium on my iphone, but it does not allow me to get into Artists-Only mode.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On my Macbook it says I have a gift subscription to Plus. When I click on Upgrade to Premium, it says (pasted below):&lt;/P&gt;&lt;H2&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Sorry. Pandora Premium isn’t available for this account.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/H2&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Based on your message, it sounds like you may have two Pandora accounts under different email addresses. You can only apply 1 subscription to an account at a time. I've gone ahead and escalated your issue to our team via email in case you have another paid account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
