      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have an account through apple but want to upgrade to the family plan which isn’t available through apple. I canceled my subscription, it expired. But when I try to get a family plan through pandora it won’t let me and is still saying I have a subscription. Help!!&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I cancelled my subscription through itunes and it says that it expired yesterday 12/17/23.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am trying to accept an invite to a family plan but it says my account is still subscribed to premium and I still have all the premium benefits, how do I fix this so I can join the family plan?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I did disable autorenewal, when I started this process nearly a month ago.&amp;nbsp; On the itunes page it says my subscription to pandora plus "expired Aug 21, 2024".&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; On the pandora.com site my account says "&lt;SPAN&gt;Your Pandora Plus subscription will automatically end on 8/22/2024, unless you re-subscribe"&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Is there a certain time on today (8/22) that that will take effect?&amp;nbsp; Could there be a delay from when a subscription expires through a 3rd party provider (apple, roku, etc) to when pandora.com is aware that the subscription has been cancelled?&amp;nbsp; Do I just need to wait another 24 hours for that to take effect?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
