Premium Family - How to add accounts that are already upgraded

Merge existing Plus & Premium accounts in to one new Family Plan account

We have 3 individual accounts. One premium, one plus and one free. I would like to merge those into one Family plan comprised of the 3 existing individual accounts, getting credit for the unused time of the existing paid accounts. How do I do this? Thanks.

I have 3 plans as well already on plus and I'm covering to the family plan. How do I get the invites to send?
