Same here. I'm only listening to stations. Why is it giving me ads? When I hit "upgrade" it says I can still upgrade to Pandora Plus for $5.99 but I just paid for that.

Sorry to hear that you're having trouble with hearing ads after upgrading to Pandora Plus.

Please keep in mind, Pandora accounts follow the email address, not the device or phone number. You can sign into the same Pandora account on any computer or supported device, as long as you use the same email address and Pandora password. This applies to both free and paid Pandora accounts.

I would recommend ensuring that you're logged into the correct account.

I checked the account linked to your Community profile and I can see that you are upgraded to pandora Plus through Google Play.

Now, to verify if this is the correct thread and so we can help you with your subscription, can you tell me more about this?

Are the ads you are hearing for a specific brand or artist? Are you hearing them while listening to podcasts? Do you hear/see them when you search for a song and press play?

In the meantime, let's double check if you are logged in with the correct account. You can find the active account by:

Opening the Pandora app and selecting the Profile tab.
Tapping the Settings gear in the upper right corner.
Checking the email address next to the Account field.
If this is not correct, scroll down and select Sign Out. Then log back in with the above email address and your Pandora password.
