&lt;P&gt;I took a look at your Pandora account, and your currently upgraded to an individual subscription of Premium through Apple. &lt;A href="https://pandora.com/upgrade/premium/family-plan" target="_blank"&gt;Pandora Premium Family Plan&lt;/A&gt; is only available directly through Pandora.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you'd prefer to upgrade, or join an existing Family Plan, you'll first need to cancel your subscription through Apple. &lt;SPAN class="test-id__field-value slds-form-element__static slds-grow  is-read-only" data-aura-rendered-by="162:22334;a"&gt;Unfortunately, I can't manage this on my end as I don't have access to the Apple billing system. Check out&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039" target="_blank" rel="noopener" data-aura-rendered-by="154:22334;a"&gt;Apple's cancellation steps&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;for more info on how to manage your subscription from your preferred device.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once your subscription through Apple has ended, then you'll be able to &lt;A href="https://pandora.com/upgrade/premium/family-plan" target="_blank"&gt;upgrade&lt;/A&gt; or &lt;A href="https://help.pandora.com/s/article/000002262?language=en_US" target="_blank"&gt;join an existing Family Plan&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
