&lt;P&gt;Is it possible he is signed into the wrong account?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have him try signing out of Pandora on his devices, and sign back in using the email address associated with his account you've added to your Premium Family Plan.&lt;/P&gt;
