&lt;P&gt;First have them sign out of Pandora on all of their devices.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Then, have them check out this thread for instructions on how to create their new accounts:&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;A href="https://community.pandora.com/t5/Account/How-to-Create-a-Pandora-Account/m-p/16345/highlight/true#M1616" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;How to Create a Pandora Account&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Once their accounts are created, they can then accept the invitations that were emailed to them.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;have a family plan, sent invitations out to join. But get no activation number. How do you get the activation number ?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.pandora.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1911873"&gt;@Nik135&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;An activation code isn't needed for your Premium Family plan subscription.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As long as your family members are signed into their respective Pandora accounts on their devices, they should be able to accept the Premium Family plan invitations that were emailed to them. Once the invitations are accepted, their accounts will automatically upgrade.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I took a look and do see 3 people have already accepted your Premium Family plan subscriptions. They should be good to go to enjoy the benefits of the Premium subscription.&lt;/P&gt;
