If you'd like to make any changes you can do so using the &lt;A href="https://help.pandora.com/s/article/Upgrade-Manage-or-Cancel-your-iTunes-Subscription?language=en_US" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;provided steps&lt;/A&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Option to switch plans not on website</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I am trying to switch my plan from Pandora Premium to Pandora Plus. I saw the Help article that instructed me to go to the Pandora website, log in and go to Account&amp;gt;Settings&amp;gt;Subscriptions and select 'Switch Plans'.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Three is no option to select 'Switch plans' (see screenshot)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If i click "manage your subscription on iTunes, i am sent to a help page, not iTunes&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://help.pandora.com/s/article/Change-your-Payment-Information-1519949295577?language=en_US" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://help.pandora.com/s/article/Change-your-Payment-Information-1519949295577?language=en_US&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="screenshot.jpg" style="width: 999px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.pandora.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/185i97EB491D15215580/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="screenshot.jpg" alt="screenshot.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;To clarify, were you looking to upgrade to Pandora Premium instead?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>Ts has been very confusing. Recently I see received an email stating my&lt;BR /&gt;subscription has been transferred to my account. My relative has their own&lt;BR /&gt;account which I pay for so I don’t know why it was transferred to mine.&lt;BR /&gt;When it sent me a link with that to go ahead and change that that link was&lt;BR /&gt;dead and non-functioning. When I go onto either of the accounts it does not&lt;BR /&gt;have a option to downgrade to the free account that I previously had.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Chris</description>
