    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I received a message saying my account was being renewed . The problem is I thought I had a free account . I have to listen to ads . It’s been a year and I have NO benefits more than the free account?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Is there anyone that can help me out? Is there a phone number to call? It’s frustrating nit being able to talk to a live person.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;plus I want to learn more about family plans , and I saw military accounts too?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
