      <title>"Something has gone wrong error" when upgrading</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When trying to upgrade to premium I immediately receive the following error message when selecting the military option - "&lt;SPAN&gt;Something has gone wrong. We're working on this issue, and we'll have things back to normal soon."&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have been trying to correct this with Pandora since February with no success.&amp;nbsp; This problem occurs on three different computers using either Chrome or Edge.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Anyone else experiencing such a problem?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Screenshot (10).jpg" style="width: 999px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.pandora.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/17994i550E685ED46BA0EE/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="Screenshot (10).jpg" alt="Screenshot (10).jpg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have had an open case with this since February.&amp;nbsp; I can upgrade using a different email address but I would prefer to upgrade using the email address I currently have on my account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Error message on Military Plan Upgrade</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I need help upgrading to the Military plan. I have an existing Pandora account and I was paying for Plus via the Apple App store. I've let that expire and I'm trying to upgrade to the Military Premium plan but when I log in and click upgrade and choose military I get the following message:&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Something has gone wrong. We're working on this issue, and we'll have things back to normal soon.&amp;nbsp; I've tried a few different days apart, and I've tried in different browsers. Any suggestions on how I might be able to upgrade?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
