Cancel subscription for someone who has passed away

I have tried to get through your chat bot which is of no help. I am trying to cancel a subscription (not mine) of a relative who has died. I do not have her password. Please tell me how to do this. Otherwise I will have no choice but to have the credit card company stop payment.
