&lt;P data-start="193" data-end="337"&gt;It looks like you may have two Pandora accounts. The account associated with your Community profile is currently not upgraded to a subscription and it looks like you may have created it recently.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P data-start="193" data-end="337"&gt;We'll need to gather additional personal information about your currently upgraded account in order to proceed. I've escalated your post to our Pandora Care team. An agent will reach out to you through the email associated with your community profile - so the newer account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
