      <title>Billed twice for gift subscription but did not receive it</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm&amp;nbsp; having a problem purchasing a gift subscription.&amp;nbsp; It seems to go okay until the end and then the screen gets stuck on "Select &amp;lt;&amp;gt;".&amp;nbsp; The problem is that it still billed my credit card, now twice.&amp;nbsp; Neither time did I or the recipient receive an email about the gift.&amp;nbsp; Support is saying they see no such transaction after I supplied all the details.&amp;nbsp; Here's my case #&lt;SPAN&gt;05491543.&amp;nbsp; Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
