Sheer Verification not accepting documents

Why can't Pandora change from Sheer verification to ID.ME it's such a simpler process. I uploaded 2 documents to show proof of military service. Those 2 documents were not acceptable! Wow

Come on Pandora you can do better switch to ID.ME for the military community. If there is a specific document Sheer wants as proof that has my social on it . . . I don't want to share that.

I followed directions to upgrade from plus to premium (canceled thru itunes) and now this . . . .
