      <title>Difficulty canceling Pandora subscription</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Why is it so difficult to cancel Pandora Plus subscription? I click on where it tells me to click and follow instructions but it just takes me to the virtual chat assistant which doesn't help me at all&lt;/P&gt;</description>
