What email do you enter when accepting family plan invitation?

pandora family plan invite steps

hello,

i have subscribed to family plan and sent out invites. When accepting invites do you put in the original account holders email or the email of the person who was invited?

@Lance1 When the users accept the invitation, they will need to make sure they are logged into their own Pandora accounts (with their personal email address) - not the original account holders account.

In the meantime, I have created a ticket with our support team for you.

all invites have been accepted. but when the me.com email logs in it is not recognizing the family plan

please advise
