      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I bought a Pandora subscription for my boss last week (12/18), but she never received an email and neither did I. We both checked our SPAM and do not have anything. I did, however, receive the receipt from PayPal saying that my card was charged. What do I do? The automated chatbot is unhelpful.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
