Artist messages still play after turning them off

Surely this is an AI response. They have given you the proof you're asking for. We are all having the same problem. I think you don't know how to fix it. I'm about to fix it by canceling my subscription and changing to a different music provider.

@Duckman23 Sorry for the trouble you are having with receiving those artist audio messages.

I took a look at your account, and can see you currently have that option enabled:

In order to prevent those messages from playing on your stations, you will need to first navigate to your account settings and turn this feature off.

If these messages continue to play on your stations after disabling this feature, please reply back to this thread and let me know.

between that and the AI garbage that they are streaming me now, I agree that mass cancellation seems to be the wave of the future for Pandora.
