      <title>Unable to Upgrade or Cancel Subscription</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I currently have Pandora Plus via a Gift Subscription which ends in December 2026.&lt;BR /&gt;When trying to upgrade to Premium via the Pandora app on iPhone, it says managed via website.&amp;nbsp; No subscription to Pandora shows up withing iPhone &amp;gt; Settings &amp;gt; Subscriptions.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When trying to upgrade to premium via the website I see the note "Sorry. Pandora Premium isn’t available for this account.".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I assume this is because I am currently on a Gift Subscription.&amp;nbsp; However, when i try to cancel my Pandora Plus Gift Subscription I get the error "Something has gone wrong. Please try again later."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So in Summary - Cannot upgrade to premium, cannot cancel current Pandora Plus Gift Subscription via website or iphone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
