@Tracker Sorry for the trouble you are having upgrading to Pandora Premium through Google Play.

You should be able to upgrade to Premium on your Android device with the following steps:

Open the Pandora app and sign in, if prompted.
Tap Profile, then select the Settings gear icon.
Choose Subscription to view your current plan and explore available upgrade options, including Pandora Premium.

In the meantime, I have created a ticket with our support team for you.

They will be contacting you privately via email to help look into this further, so please keep an eye out for their message.

I am having this same issue. I have no upgrade option, I do have a subscription option, but it takes me to a webpage where I am told to upgrade through the Android app, which I have tried 10 times.
