Signed up for Plus but still getting ads

I've signed out and back in. Deleted app and reinstalled but still getting ads. And have to watch video to play my playlist. Aldo playlist not showing up in my collection

Do parents of military member qualify for the discount?

Still getting ads with Pandora Plus:

Sorry for the trouble you are having with your subscription.

When you search and select the name of an artist, track, or album, you will be taken to a "backstage page." You can either create a radio station or press play.

Because on-demand listening is only available to Premium users, you will see an ad for Premium or be prompted to view a video ad in order to access Premium features at no cost. This would also explain why your playlists do not currently show in your collection.

Your account will revert to your Plus subscription once your Premium session concludes.

Upgrading to Premium or accepting a Premium session is completely optional; you can close the ad and we'll create a station for you to listen to instead (if one is available).

Military Plan with additional family members:

The Premium Military plan is for only one Pandora account and gives access to all the Premium features. It is available to qualified Military members, including active duty, reservists, retirees, veterans, disabled veterans, and military-registered dependents.

If you have more than one Pandora account in your family or household that you'd like to have upgraded to Premium, the family plan offers the best value.

The Pandora Premium Family plan provides all the benefits of Premium for up to six separate Pandora accounts. We do not offer any discounts for this subscription.
