      <title>Can't Upgrade to Family Plan</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp; I had pandora premium for a few months and I wanted to upgrade to family.&amp;nbsp; I followed the instructions and canceled my premium account, it was supposed to be over yesterday and then I was supposed to go to the website to upgrade.&amp;nbsp; When I go to the website, it says I need to handle my subscription through google play, but when I go to google play, it tells me I need to go to the website.&amp;nbsp; According to the website, I still have pandora premium, but according to google play, my subscription ended.&amp;nbsp; Not sure at this point what is happening, am I being charged still or is it over or what?&amp;nbsp; do I need to completely delete my account and start over?&amp;nbsp; I was thinking because pandora has been around for a while that it had its' stuff together.&amp;nbsp; I'm also supposed to get a reminder to resubscribe but so far nothing.&amp;nbsp; I know it's only been one day but I have family members who have been waiting for invites to this alleged family plan for the last month.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
