&lt;P&gt;To clarify, the Pandora account associated with this community profile is not currently upgraded.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You will need to sign into the Pandora account that was used to purchase your Premium Family subscription in order to manage the plan.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This being said, I have created a ticket with our support team for you.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;They will be contacting you privately via email to help look into this further, so please keep an eye out for their message.&lt;/P&gt;
