    <description>&lt;P&gt;My name is Vincent Muller.&amp;nbsp; I already have a premium subscription and have been a Pandora customer for many years.&amp;nbsp; I recently downloaded Pandora to my new HP Tower desktop.&amp;nbsp; I accidentally hit premium subscription and was billed July 10th $10.64 on my card.&amp;nbsp; I may have two accounts by accident.&amp;nbsp; Please refund the $10.64 back to my credit card ending in&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
