Invalid card information error when upgrading

There was an outage last week, and my account was fine until today and then today my Pandora started spitting out ads and I have had the plus for years. Then when you try to hit upgrade, it brings you back to the music screen and then when I put card information in it says invalid card information?

I checked the Pandora account linked to your community profile and it looks like you were able to upgrade to Pandora Plus since you created this post.

Also, I checked our system and it looks like you have an open case with our support team through email.
