Still getting ads with family plan

I'm not sure how to get service for my issue. Please help!

I signed up for the family plan but I haven't seen a bill for the last three months. I am still listening to Pandora but I am getting adds. I have enjoyed Pandora for several years on an individual plan but when I went to the family plan everything is screwed up.
