Family member hearing ads on Premium Family

Hi just subscribe to pandora family plan on July 9,2026 I invited a family member, and he keeps hearing advertisements I did followed all the instructions that was given to me, but the same thing keeps happening he's on a free trail for a month till October I'm thinking once trail is over it will continue with the family plan with no advertisement I'm already getting frustrated in doing everything
