Ads on Pandora Plus

I have had Pandora for years all of a sudden I started getting advertisement and not understanding why I have tried to contact Pandora numerous times to inquire about this. With no help at all, I am still having money taken out of my account to pay for Pandora subscriptions so I do not understand why I am getting advertisements and I'm getting emails that seems to be just sending me around in circles at this point. I'm just wanting to cancel my subscription or speak to a person about the issue. What will be the best course of action
