Can't join my family's premium plan

I had a premium subscription, it expired last week.

My wife just upgraded her premium subscription to a family plan. She invited me. I have tried repeatedly to join, but it still shows me on the free plan.

How can I join the family plan and carry over my stations and playlists?

HELP!

As it turns out, he was trying to join on his phone. It might help to note someplace that that first interaction needs to be on a desktop. Once he got off the mobile device and used a desktop, he was able to setup his account and find his playlists.
