How do I go about obtaining a copy of my receipt for my recent subscription renewal? It seems absolutely backwards, and a complete waste of both my time and Pandora's time to come post in a community forum to request a receipt when every other company in the world, even single-person companies, can handle generating a receipt on their website... how is this even a thing in 2026?

Unfortunately, there isn't currently a way to obtain copies of your Pandora subscription receipts directly through our website or app. I understand how having this option available would make the process much more convenient.

In the meantime, you can request a copy of your receipt by posting in our Subscriptions space or by contacting our support team directly.

To save you any additional time, I've gone ahead and sent a copy of your most recent subscription renewal receipt to the email address associated with your Pandora account.
