Switch from annual billing to monthly

My subscription was started and I forgot to set it up monthly instead of full payment annually. Now I have a $219.00 charge that I want removed from my PayPal account. I've already confirmed the monthly payment. How do I get this $219.00 charge removed from PayPal?
