      <title>Will I lose my collection when upgrading?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi!&amp;nbsp; My son has had Pandora Plus for many years and has refined his likes, dislikes, playlists etc to perfection.&amp;nbsp; He is also very proud of his listening hours &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp; If I upgrade to a Premium family plan will he lose all of that history?&amp;nbsp; Or will his account stats be preserved?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So if I had BASIC account that I was paying you via Apple and move to the US VETERANS/MILTARY discounted account I LOSE ALL MY MUSIC SELECTIONS FROM 3 YEARS and Tech Supt cannot move them to my new account???&amp;nbsp; Please say there is a way because I have had an Amazon Music account too and they are a lot more flexible.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This being said, I do see you currently have two accounts created:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;A new account you recently created (on&amp;nbsp;09/11/2024) and upgraded to our Premium Military Plan&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Your original account that is currently set up with the free service&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Your best option would be to delete the new account you created and cancel the trial on that account to avoid charges.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; You can then update your original account with your current email address.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;That way, you don't have to start all over again with creating new stations.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
