I need to update account with a new email address

You can update your account information from either a computer or a mobile device.

To update your email address from a mobile device:

  1. Sign into your Pandora app, and click on Profile.
  2. Click on the Settings gear in the top right corner, and select Account.
  3. Tap Save to update your information when you are finished making changes.

 

To update your email address from our website:

  1. Sign into your account, then click the icon (initial or picture) in the upper right corner.
  2. Click on Settings > Account.
  3. Tap Save to update your information when you are finished making changes.

*If you are updating your password, please enter your previous password to confirm the changes. Then the new one will take effect.

@danarellj-gmail It sounds like you may have multiple accounts set up with Pandora.

I am going to have someone from our support team contact you via email to help look into this further.

I have performed these tasks and Pandora states that there is already an account with my email account

@davealmo That means that a Pandora account already exists under the email address you are attempting to update your account with. 

Before you can update your original account with your current email address, you will first need to delete the account that already exists under your current email address.

Once that has been completed, you should then be able to make the necessary changes.

With this being said, I am going to have someone from our support team reach out to you directly to help ensure this gets taken care of.

I've tried numerous times to change my email address. After doing so in settings it asks me to enter my password. Then it says that the changes were saved successfully. And yet, nothing ever happens. Still the same email. Would be nice if Pandora had an actual customer service rep who could help!

My acct for Pandora is under 1 email address but my subscription is under a different one (old one I don't use anymore). I tried going through Google Play & Pandora to update my email address to my current one for the subscription but I can't seem to find any place to do it.

I'm trying to change my e-mail address. When I click on my profile icon, then "account settings," there's no options to change e-mail, just a checkbox for whether or not I want to receive pandora updates via e-mail. How can I change my e-mail?? Thanks!

@justin-guan If you are seeing those options, then that means you are under Settings > Notifications.

To update your email address, make sure you click on Account

Here is a screenshot of where that is located:

Problem

1. Previous email has been changed months ago for 10 years use.

2. when i brought up Pandora it signed on with the above password for 10 years.

3. decide to change to my new email, but cannot get email to the above, dead.

4. put my new email in and Pandora has to email me at the old email to make the change.

any suggestion and of course no phone help.

I am trying to sign into Pandora on my Android. I set up Pandora on my Samsung Smart TV years ago with an AOL account Now I have Gmail. I tried to set up using my Gmail but got a reply that I'm already a Pandora member under Gmail.  I don't remember my password.  I was sent the reset PW link but every time I attempt to set up a new one, Pandora says they don't recognize my email or my new password.  Can you look up and see if there is a XXXX account listed with Pandora, please?

Hi,

I have a new Pandora account, but my old account was great, and I want to access it.  It was under an old e-mail address that doesn't work anymore, but I could prove to you that  it was my e-mail.  Please let me know what steps to take.

I can't change my email or password on my account page. My account page has XXXX@  When I try to change my email, it asks for my password which I don't remember.  So I can't access my account to listen to Pandora (with no commercials) on my computer.
