I had to uninstall the app on my phone cause it was acting up. When download the app I had lost my list of music i had. Cant retrieve any. What can I do

It may help to log out, and then log back in using the email address you originally used to create your account with.

Sounds like you have more than Pandora account, and your subscription was transferred to a second Pandora account.

Hi @Gw7080 thanks for posting to community! I moved your message to this thread because it sounds like you're having a similar problem.
I checked the account associated with your Pandora account and I do see an extensive station list on my end. Sounds like you may have more than one Pandora account.
Can you please sign out and and then back in again, be sure that the email address is the same one that was used to upgrade to Premium Family.

To who this may concern, I am very disappointed .I have been with pandora radio for years never had any problems.
I have the premium plus package I was paying $10.79 per month for the premium plus.
I build of the years 15 different playlists or more, that took me time to do , many hours putting these playlists together .Now I can't get to half of the playlists I build .Very disappointed I did everything I can to get these playlists back . I removed the app and restored it back. Still was unsuccessful.
If I don't get a soloution or fix on this problem I will have discontinue my subscription.

I started my subscription in January and now that I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it I am still not able to login to my profile. All of the stations that I have saved or also nonexistent
OK, I am not a computer genius so perhaps there's a simple explanation to the fact that all my stations seem to have disappeared except for one and underneath it a half dozen or so "similar artists" are listed? Anybody know about this?
