My stations are missing after logging back in

I had to uninstall the app on my phone cause it was acting up. When download the app I had lost my list of music i had. Cant retrieve any. What can I do

I bought a new android phone and installed pandora. However, almost all of my stations are missing. How can I fix this? Thank you.

  • Which device are you using when this happens?
  • Are you using your computer? If not, which device?
  • Also, when you go to My Collection, are you able to view your stations from there?

Sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your tunes.

Is it possible you are logged into the wrong account on your device?

In the meantime, I would recommend signing out of Pandora, and then signing back in using the email address your main Pandora account is registered with.

Someone from our User Support team will be also be reaching out to assist with your stations in case you have multiple Pandora accounts.

Hi @Gw7080 thanks for posting to community! I moved your message to this thread because it sounds like you're having a similar problem. 

I checked the account associated with your Pandora account and I do see an extensive station list on my end. Sounds like you may have more than one Pandora account. 

Can you please sign out and and then back in again, be sure that the email address is the same one that was used to upgrade to Premium Family.

To who this may concern, I am very  disappointed .I have been with pandora radio for years never had any problems. 

I have the premium plus package  I was paying $10.79 per month for the premium plus.

I build of the years 15 different playlists or more, that took me time to do , many hours putting these playlists together .Now I can't  get to half of the playlists I build .Very disappointed I did everything I can to get these playlists back . I removed the app and restored it back. Still was unsuccessful.  

If I don't get a soloution or fix on this problem I will have discontinue my subscription.  

Playlists taken alway why did this happen

It sounds like you may have multiple Pandora accounts set up as the one connected to your community profile isn't currently upgraded.

I started my subscription in January and now that I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it I am still not able to login to my profile. All of the stations that I have saved or also nonexistent

OK, I am not a computer genius so perhaps there's a simple explanation to the fact that all my stations seem to have disappeared except for one and underneath it a half dozen or so "similar artists" are listed? Anybody know about this?

Hi Pandora help me re-log in this afternoon and I have lost all of my collections, all my favorite songs and all of my playlists. Does anyone have any suggestions on retrieving all the music I do pay a monthly subscription.

I had to get a new phone and got everything switched over but I cannot get my stations back and I have Pandora plus 4 subscription

For some reason my login was logged out after my phone updated. When I opened the pandora app And logged back in all of my stations and playlist were gone. I am current on my premium account. It I have been a premium member for two years and had a great collection of songs. Can anyone please help me.

Turned my phone off and back on- then like 90% of my stations were gone and so was my subscription after it asked my to sign back in- went from hundreds of stations  6-7 and nothing on offline
