Says an account exists when creating a new one

Said I have an account but I thought it was cancelled.  I want to set up a new account with new passwords and user name can you help

@gkids8506 It looks like an account is already registered under the email address your community profile is registered with.

If you need help logging into that account, I recommend resetting your password to regain access.
