Unauthorized user on my account

Some how my ex is adding stations to my pandora account. I deleted an old account that was linked ro his roku hoping that would solve the problem but when i created a new account the same thing is happening.  I know it is him because it was a special station i had for him and i. I have deleted it so many times but it keeps on coming back along with another one i know he listens to.

If so, it looks like a support case has already been created for you, and our User Support team has reached out to help.

If you do not see their message, please check your spam folder to ensure their messages aren't getting filtered out.

@enovie Our support team has emailed two messages so far to the email address your community profile is associated with.

If you aren't seeing those messages, I recommend reaching out to them on your end as it sounds like their messages are somehow getting filtered from your inbox.

My account was hijacked for an unknown period of time...and now that I'm back to using Pandora, I'd like to clean up the account by deleting all of the thumbs. I did not find a way to accomplish this task. How can this be done?

Hi. I had some hack problems. Had to reset my phone. I had a subscription that now I fear other people are listening to on my dime.i would like to delete that account and start a new one with new email. How do I do this?

I keep getting kicked off my own account by unauthorized user! I have searched and read all of these community posts and most say to contact your support team. However, every single link I click, brings me back here. I have been a customer for 10+ years but this has just recently started. HELP!!

Hi @Ambernc14 thanks for posting to community. I've moved your message to Unauthorized user on my account to help keep things organized. 

I'd be happy to take some measures to ensure the protection of your account.

First, I've asked our User Support team to remove all of the device associations from your account. This will automatically sign you out everywhere including any devices you currently have, so you will need to sign back in once this change takes effect. Please be patient as this may not happen instantaneously.

For now, I suggest that you sign into Pandora and change your password to something entirely new.

If you know your current password, visit our website by using this link and sign back in. Then, click the icon (initial or picture) in the top right corner of the page and select Settings. From there, you can change all your registration information. Make sure to save your changes when you're done, and enter your old password to confirm. Only then will the new password take effect.

 

If you don't remember your password, click here to request a password reset and make sure to enter the email address associated with the Pandora account you'd like to access.

Next check the Inbox associated with that email address in order to continue through the password reset process.

If you don't see the message in your Inbox, please check your Spam or Junk folder.

If you no longer have access to that Inbox, you're welcome to create a new Pandora account or reach out to your email provider for further assistance regaining access.
