@enovie Our support team has emailed two messages so far to the email address your community profile is associated with.
If you aren't seeing those messages, I recommend reaching out to them on your end as it sounds like their messages are somehow getting filtered from your inbox.

My account was hijacked for an unknown period of time...and now that I'm back to using Pandora, I'd like to clean up the account by deleting all of the thumbs. I did not find a way to accomplish this task. How can this be done?
